Review progress, adjust recommendations, and set new goals for your health journey. I recommend at least two or three follow-up appointments for more effective lifestyle change.

Nutrition Counseling Program $275
This package includes an initial nutrition assessment, plus three follow-up sessions. Additional follow-up sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate of $50 per each one-hour session.

LEAP Therapy/MRT Testing $800
LEAP therapy is ideal for people who may be having ongoing food sensitivity issues and related symptoms and diseases including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Migraine, Eczema, chronic pain and inflammation. Nutrition and Stress Relief $400
This package includes an initial nutritional assessment, three follow-up counseling sessions, and one private session with Matthew Coe or Amy , and yoga, meditation, and martial arts instructor, to learn stress relief techniques including stretching, breathing, and meditation.
